If you have not already signed up for reactivation of your dental benefits please remember you only have until February 9, 2010.
This policy will be retro-active starting on August 1, 2009 when benefits were lost, Delta Dental will process claims as if the policy was never lost. If you were seen in the office on or after August 1, 2009 please contact the office so we can make sure claims are resubmitted.
