During open enrollment we receive many calls about plan changes, unfortunately with most plans we cannot get details until you are already enrolled. One main point for dental benefit enrollment is asking one question, “ Can I go to any dentist of my choice?”
If this answer is yes, than you will not be limited to a list of dentists that are considered in-network. If you have enrolled in a plan that requires you to see an in-network provider our office may not be on that list.
If you have any questions at all about your dental policy please let us know and we would be happy to contact your carrier for details on your plan.
No Dental Insurance?
Don’t think we have forgotten about those without insurance. We have created an in-office pre-payment plan to help cut cost and continue your preventive care. Membership fee for adult (16 years old and over) is $255, membership for child (any one 15 years and younger) is $190. Fees are due day of enrollment, which begins one year of coverage. This plan covers: 2 standard prophylaxis (cleanings), 2 periodic exams, 1 fluoride treatment, and 1 set of x-rays (full mouth set or bitewings depending on which x-ray patient is due for). Plus 20% off all other treatment! This is a pre-payment plan those enrolled will have payment options of cash, check or credit card day of appointment or Care Credit.
